Validity: All products purchased from can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the delivery date if they are received in damaged condition, are the wrong size, or are incorrect items. This policy is no-questions-asked.
Conditions Eligible for Exchange: For an exchange, please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. An exchange will only be offered in the unlikely event that we have sent you a defective item, and only if the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer.
Process of Exchange: We will initiate the exchange process only after we have received a video of you sealing the product and shipping it. Additionally, the exchange will be provided only when we have received the returned item.
