Exchange Policy

At Entice, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service. Please note that all sales are final; however, we offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility:
All products purchased from enticepk.com can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date if they are received in damaged condition, are the wrong size, or are incorrect items. This policy is no-questions-asked.


Conditions for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Exchanges will only be offered if we have sent you a defective item, and only if the purchased goods remain unused and undamaged by the customer.


Video Proof Required:
To process any exchange for damaged, wrong, or defective items, a clear video must be recorded while opening the parcel for the first time. This is mandatory to verify the condition of the product upon delivery.
Exchanges will not be accepted without this unboxing video.


Exchange Process:

  • When you receive your parcel, immediately record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening it for the first time. This serves as your proof in case of any damage, defect, or wrong item received.
  • Share the unboxing video with our team along with your order details. They will review the footage and guide you through the next steps.
  • Once your exchange is approved, pack the product in its original condition and record a video of you sealing the parcel before shipment.
    The exchange will be processed and finalized upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
